Profit Center #3 - Bring Us Investment Properties

As mentioned, our investment company is well-funded, back by a billionaire partner, enabling us to acquire as many properties as we can find that hit our buy box. Through the Agent-Investor Infinity Loop, we'll be referring to you an endless stream of “Come List Me” leads, & guaranteeing you a minimum of 12 Listings over the next calendar year. These are Sellers. Some of these sellers, let's say 50% after they sell, are going to purchase something, too. Boom! Just like that. 12 guaranteed listings become 18 transactions. But it gets better. With strong referral systems, again, assuming you have these, every satisfied client should bring you another 1-2 referrals over the next calendar year. Boom! Just like that. That's 12 to 24 more additional transactions. Thus, in total, within 24 months, that's 30 to 44 transactions from the original guaranteed 12 Listings.
